Customer’s Dilemmas:
Because of the goods as the black coal features, which is afraid of wet, sun, then it is not allowed for any extruding during the loading and transportation, and the goods damaged leakage will lead to environmental pollutions, which need the disposal from the Environmental Department, the procedures are complicated, so the goods damage disposal cost will be very high, which will also influence the receiving customer’s satisfactions.
Solution Schemes:
All of the goods will be transported in vans, during the loading process, in order to prevent the packaging bags from friction damage, then the whole van will be covered with cardboards, besides that, based on the customer’s specialties, we made the Emergency Plan for Carbon Black Product Leakage in the Project, required the a collective study for the project group, and held the training and evaluation, built the safety emergency team, all of which guaranteed the goods transportation safety. The customer’s service will have current surveillance on the goods transportation status, if there is any abnormality, it will report and process in time, the drivers will report the daily transportation conditions summary everyday, and we will organize monthly meeting between the project group and the drivers, which is to make summary on monthly transportation conditions, and make notifications and rectifications, all of which is to guarantee the goods transportation quality.
